Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for cause, bmw555 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. If your account is terminated without cause, bmw555 will return any remaining balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification procedures and deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.
